Four HRV seniors competed Thursday for the heralded title of Mr. HRV, and senior Owen Kozec came away with the award. Competing a beach wear, evening wear, talent, and a question-and-answer segment, Kozec used a theme of “President Kozec” to outshine his competition, which included fellow seniors Cooper Holzman (second place) Scottie Ziegner (third place) and Brandon Campos (fourth place).
