HRV Talon presents #WhyIDidntReport, real stories from HRVHS survivors of sexual violence portrayed by actors. Eva Jones, Talon Editor, was inspired to create this piece by the viral hashtag, #WhyIDidntReport, after the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court Justice nomination hearings uncovered layers in America’s victim blaming culture and court systems. She saw similar forces at play in the halls of Hood River Valley High School and set to educate the public on why HRV didn’t report.
