The community believes that the railroads should not be transporting flammable cargo through the active fire area; however, Union Pacific is “up and running” according to the presenters and the HR Sheriff’s office. Can you please publicize how this is safe??? And what additional precautions are in place??? Or how this is possibly safe and justifiable???
